Brief Description / Documentation: The Public Order Has The Subject: Preparation Of A Technical Project, Technical Specifications For Construction And Development Of A Pup For The Modernization Of A Railway, Contact Network And Systems For Signaling And Telecommunications In The Plovdiv-Filipovo Interstation Under The Project Technical Assistance For The Development Of A Railway Junction Plovdiv, Stage 2 The Following Main Activities Will Be Performed Within The Scope Of The Public Procurement: 1. Preparation Of A Technical Project And Technical Specifications For Construction; - The Contractor Must Prepare And Submit To The Employer And The Consultant A Technical Project In Its Entirety, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Employer, The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 4 Of May 21, 2001 For The Scope And Content Of The Investment Projects, Technical Requirements For The Elements Of The Railway Infrastructure, As Well As The Technical Specifications For Interoperability, The Applicable European And Bulgarian Legislation, For All Necessary Project Parts. - The Contractor Must Prepare A Complete Set Of Documentation (Necessary Drawings, Explanatory Notes, Calculations, Simulations, Etc.) Proving Compliance With The Interoperability Requirements As Defined In The Relevant Tsis. Coordination Of The Prepared Technical Project With External Institutions, According To The Requirements Of The Zut And Preparation Of Documents For The Preparation Of A Complex Report For The Assessment Of Compliance In Connection With The Issuance Of A Building Permit; Preparation And Transmission Of Specialized Information For The Gis Needs Of Dp Nkri; Preparation And Transmission Of Technical Specifications For Construction; 2. Development Of Detailed Development Plans (Ddp), Including: -Preparation Of Tasks For The Development Of Projects For Pup; -Preparation Of Projects For Pup; - Coordination Of Projects For Pup; - Drafting Of A Project To Amend The Cadastral Map And Cadastral Registers (Kkkr); Preparation Of Documents For Expropriation Procedures.
