Work No. 01 Development of parks of Transport Nagar Scheme and gardening maintenance of central verge for a period of 2 years - Cleaning of grass and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50mt outside the peripheri of the area cleared2.32/D.S.R. 2020 2 Trenching in ordinary soil up to a depth of 60 cm including removal and stacking of serviceable materials and then disposing of surplus soil, by spreading and neatly levelling within a lead of 50 and making up the trenched area to proper levels by filling with earth or earth mixed with sludge or / and manure before and after flooding trench with water (excludingcost of imported earth, sludge or manure). 2.1/D.S.R. 2020 3 Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation in-equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m 2.28.1/D.S.R. 2020 4 Rough dressing the trenched ground including breaking clods.2.5/D.S.R. 2020 5 Supplying and stacking of well decayed cattle manure at site including royalty and carriage upto 5km lead complete (Cattle manure measured in stacking will be reduced by 8% for payment). 2.25/D.S.R. 2020 6 Spreading of sludge, dump manure or/and good earth in required thickness (cost of sludge, dump manure or/and good earth to be paid separately). 2.8/D.S.R. 2020 7 Fine dressing the grounding. 2.7/D.S.R. 2020 8 Providing and fixing of selection No-1 Doob Grass in turf well rooted free from weeds including all royalty, loading, unloading & carriage and filling of dippretions, watering and maintenance for one month. 2.34/DSR 2020 9 Digging holes in ordinary soil and refilling the same with the excavated earth mixed with manure or sludge in the ratio of 2:1 by volume (2 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20%: 1 part of stacked volume of manure after reduction by 8%) flooding with water, dressing including removal of rubbish and surplus earth, if any with all leads and lifts (cost of manure, sludge or extra good earth if needed to be paid for separately): Holes 45 cm dia and 45 cm dep. 2.14.4/D.S.R. 2020 10 Providing and stacking of Ficus benjamina (green) of height 120-135 cm. with 6-8 branches and lush green foliage in g. bags of size 25 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge.7.26/DSR 2020 11 Providing and stacking of Tecoma gaudichaudi of height 60-75 cm. with 5-6 branches in p.bag of size 25 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge. 8.68/DSR 2020 12 Cost of plantation per Shrubs2.57.2/DSR 2020 13 Complete maintenance of the entire garden features having as per yard stick in the garden area i.e. lawn trees, shrubs, edge, flower beds, foliages, creepers etc. including hoeing,weeding pruning replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mover and brush cutter, removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers(whenever required) top dressing of lawn with good earth and menure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by office-in-charge (Cost of Good Earth, Manure, Fertilizer, Insecticide, Pesticide, lawn mover and brush cutter with fuel & other T & P material/ articles shall be provided by the department.) 2.39.5/DSR 2020 (4497.91 x 24 month) 14 Provision of gardner for central verge (S.O.R. 2022) (FullTime)( 4 x 24 month) 15 Provision of Tractor with Water Tanker with cost of water including P.O.L (S.O.R. 2022) (2 days in a week)
