cement complete all as specified and directed 26 Two coats of 100% premium acrylic plastic emulsion paint over a coat ofpriming paint including preparation of new wall surfacescomplete all as specified and directed. 27 Preparation of new surfacs and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004,
