Tenders Are Invited For Software Package And Information Systems – Acquisition Of A Management System For Short-Term Training Activities, Implementation, Support And Maintenance Services For The University Of Barcelona
Software Package And Information Systems – Acquisition Of A Management System For Short-Term Training Activities, Implementation, Support And Maintenance Services For The University Of Barcelona. The Purpose Of The Contract Is The Acquisition Of A Support System For The Management Of Different Training Activities (Most Of Them Short-Term) Aimed At Different Internal And/Or External Groups And Sectors Of The University Of Barcelona. These Activities Will Be Organized And Managed From Different Areas Of The University Of Barcelona, Which Act Autonomously From Each Other. For This Reason, One Of The Essential Aspects Of The Management System To Be Acquired Is That It Be “Multi-Client”. The Benefits That Purchase The Object Of This Dream Tender: 1. Acquisition Of A Computer System In Service Mode (Software As A *Service- *Saas) For The Management Of Training Activities (Most Of Them Short-Term) That From Various Areas Of The University Of Barcelona Are Organized Independently And Also Aimed At Different Groups. 2. Service For The Implementation Of The Computer System In Different Business Areas Of The University Of Barcelona. The Possible Areas Of Implementation Would Be: - Professional Development Institute (*Idp), - Student Service Service (*Sae), - Linguistic Services ( Sl), - Resource Center For Learning And Research (*Crai), - Postgraduate Agency, - Complementary Training Area, - Ub Alumni. The Initial Scope Of The Project Is Limited To Implementation In The First 4 Areas: *Idp, *Sae, Sl And *Crai. This Implementation Must Include: - The Collection Of Detailed Functional And Technical Requirements To Define And Execute The Adequate And Correct Configuration, Initialization And Implementation Process, As Well As The Integration With The Corporate Information Systems That Are Determined. - Support And Maintenance Services (Starting From Commissioning And Six Months After / During The First Year Of The Contract). 3. Training And Support For User Managers And Technicians Of The University Of Barcelona During Commissioning. 4. Service Of The Acquired And Implemented Service Platform, Maintenance And Support For Two Additional Years After The Completion Of The Implementation Service. The Object Also Includes A Guarantee For Manufacturing Defects, And The Corrective Maintenance Service For The Products Generated To Carry Out Corrective Actions Derived From The Normal Use Of The System For 12 Months From The End Of The Contract.
