Electrical Insulators - National - Supply Of Line Breakers. The Scope Of The Tender Is: • The Supply Of Pipe Breakers Including The Supply Of Wearing And Replacement Parts; O The Project Contractor Does The Installation; O The Maintenance Is Included In Pgo (In Accordance With The Current Rovk). Prorail Concludes The Framework Agreement With The Number 1 In The Ranking. A Waiting Room Agreement Will Be Concluded With The Number 2 In The Ranking. After Award, A Test Period Applies During Which The Supplier Demonstrates That Its Product(S) Comply(S) With What Prorail Requested In The Tender. The Test Period Consists Of: • Practical Tests - 12 Months After Installation Of The Line Breakers; • Lab Tests – Max. 3 Months. After The 12 Month Test Period. The Framework Agreement Has A Fixed Term Of Four (4) Years With An Option To Extend For Two (2) Years. This Includes The Test Period. The Delivery Part Of The Framework Agreement Is Then 6 Years And 3 Months. The Maximum Term Of The Framework Agreement Is 8 Years. The Framework Agreement Has Guaranteed Purchase. No Rights Can Be Derived From The Statement In Any Way. The Maximum Value Of The Agreement Is €4,000,000 Million. See Tender Documents
