Thermometers – Temperature Monitoring System For Transportation. The Object Of The Procurement Is A Temperature Monitoring System As A Complete Service, Including A Commissioning Project. An Estimated 800-1000 Temperature Sensors Will Be Purchased During The Contract Period. The Object And Scope Of The Procurement Are Described In More Detail In The Request For Tenders And Its Attachments. The Contract Is Valid For A Fixed Period Of 2 Years, After Which It Continues Indefinitely. Test Run The Customer Reserves The Right To Familiarize Himself With The Solution Of The Winning Bid By Means Of A Separately Organized Trial Run Before Concluding The Procurement Contract In Order To Make Sure That The Bid Complies With The Request For Bids. No Compensation Is Paid To The Provider For Trial Use. Trial Use Includes Installing The Software With The Required Information And 5 Sensors Programmed With +12 To +25 Alarm Limits As Well As Other Possible Devices, Services And Accessories That Enable The Use Of The Monitoring System. In The Trial Operation, The Functionality Of The Sensors And The Reporting Features Of The Software Are Tested By Placing The Sensors In Different Temperatures (Refrigerator, Freezer And Warming Cabinet) In Order To Trigger Alarms. In Addition, 2 Sensors Are Installed In Transport Bags, Which Are Placed Along The Transport Routes, Where The Temperature Deviation Is Simulated. During The Trial Run, The Functionality Of The Sensors And The Software And The Requirements In Appendix 2 Are Checked To The Extent Possible. Approved Trial Use Is A Prerequisite For The Deployment Plan. It Is A Total Procurement, I.E. The Procurement Has Not Been Divided Into Parts, Because The Procurement Forms An Appropriate Whole.
