Also Aimed At: Reducing The Risk Of Selection Of Public Procurement Contractors Awarded By Leading Partners In Violation Of The Public Procurement Act (Ppa)/Decree No. 80 Of 2022 Of The Council Of Ministers On Determining The Rules For Awarding Investment Activities From Final Recipients Of Funds From The Recovery And Resilience Mechanism By Implementing Effective, Quality And Permanent Control For Legality On Documentation And Procedures In The Implementation Of The Pva (Pms No. 80/2022), Through The Implementation Of Effective, Qualitative And Permanent Preliminary And Subsequent Control For Legality. Support Of The Procedure By Providing Legal Assistance In The Implementation Of The Procedure And Undertaking Actions On The Analysis Of Documents Under The Ppa And Preparation Of Motivated Opinions. The Aim Is To Support The Monitoring And Reporting Structure For The Effective Implementation Of The Activities Related To The Monitoring And Control Of Contracts Under The Procedure. Estimated Workload For The Term Of The Contract – 100 (Hundred) Pcs. Assignments Per Month Or A Total Of 2,060 (Two Thousand And Sixty) Items. /Preliminary And Subsequent Control/ For The Duration Of The Contract. The Specified Numbers Are Estimates, As The Employer Is Not Obliged To Declare Them All.
