Prior Information Notice For Word-Processing Services – Service Contract Within The Framework Of The Project Called “Understand: Promote Understanding Through Clear Language In The Administration” For The Implementation Of Clear Communication, Clear Language And Easy Reading In The Public Administration Of The Autonomous Community Of The Canary Islands, Financed With Next Generation Eu Funds, Mrr Recovery And Resilience Mechanism.. The Purpose Of The Contract Is To Implement And Encourage The Systematic Use Of Clear And Accessible Language In All Forms Of Communication In Order To Guarantee That All Information And Administrative Procedures Are Easily Understandable By Citizens, Regardless Of Their Level Of Education. Cognitive Abilities, Reading Level Or Sociocultural Environment. This Approach Seeks To Improve Transparency, Efficiency And Accessibility And Facilitate Access In Relations Between Citizens And The Administration. The Aim Is To Eliminate Linguistic Difficulties And Bureaucratic Obstacles That Prevent Adequate Understanding And The Effective Realization Of The Right Of Citizens To Fully Understand The Information Provided To Them. This Contract Will Be Developed On The Content Of The 50 Administrative Procedures That Are Being Simplified, And Which Are Listed In Annex I Of The Technical Specifications, Without Prejudice To The Fact That, On The Part Of The Administration, They May Be Replaced By Others.
