Public-Service Buses – Procurement Of Battery-Electric Low-Floor Buses. The Client Intends To Convert Its Bus Fleet And The Associated Infrastructure To Environmentally Friendly Electric Operation In The Coming Years. In Order To Procure The First Vehicles, This Tender Is Aimed At Producing And Delivering A Total Of 20 Battery-Electric Low-Floor Buses, Of Which 18 Are Solo Buses And 2 Are Articulated Buses. In Addition, The Client Has Unilateral Option Rights To Order Additional Vehicles. By Buses With A Purely Battery-Electric Drive, The Client Means Vehicles That Draw Their Driving Energy Exclusively From Traction Batteries And Are Stationarily Charged With Electrical Energy For Operational Use Via The Ccs2 Plug-In System In The Depot. The Buses Must Be Able To Handle The Required Rotations Of Around 250 Km Per Day Without Intermediate Charging. The Buses Should Only Be Charged In The Available Time Slots At The Depot (Usually During The Night). In Addition, A Full Service Must Be Carried Out For All Scheduled And Unscheduled Maintenance And Inspection Work As Well As Maintenance, Wear And Repair Work. The Client Reserves The Right To Make Changes To The Procurement Documents During The Procurement Process (Particularly Due To The Results Of The Negotiation Discussions). It Should Be Noted That All Communication About The Project Process Takes Place In German Language And Writing. This Means That Applications For Participation And Offers As Well As All Attachments, Evidence, Declarations, Etc. Must Be Written In German.
