This Information Can Be Further Refined Or Adjusted In The Specifications. This Agreement Is Part Of A Project Involving The Move To A New Vrt Media Building In 2027, In Which The Technical Development Of All Media-Specific Spaces Is Bundled Under “Media Facilities”. Within Media Facilities, The Media Production Domain Is Responsible For The Implementation Of The Media Production Facilities And Workflows In The New Building. Vrt Is Looking For An Integrator To Develop, Integrate And Build The Audiovisual Installation For The Following Areas: • 5 Large Radio Studios (Approx. 30 M²) With 5 Associated Radio Stations (Approx. 19 M²) • 7 Small Radio Studios (Approx. 18 M²) • 1 Small Radio Center (Approx. 19 M²) • 4 Reading Cells (Approx. 6 M²) Within This Media Production Areas, Various Vrt Services Can Produce Audiovisual And Digital Content For Various Vrt Brands And Departments. The Large Radio Studios Will Be Allocated To Vrts Main Networks (Radio 1, Radio 2, Mnm, Studio Brussel And Klara), The Small Studios Will Be Used Flexibly (With The Exception Of One Small Radio Studio For Vrts News Department). The Focus Of This File Is On The Physical Layout Of The Rooms With Audiovisual Equipment And Associated Hardware And Software To Enable Them To Be Used Operationally, Efficiently And Flexibly.
