Tenders Are Invited For Purchase of organic foodstuffs (coffee, sugar, tea, herbal tea, square of chocolate) Pursuant to Article L2113-12 of the Public Procurement Code, this contract is reserved for adapted companies mentioned in Article L. 5213-13 of the Labor Code, for establishments and services providing support through work mentioned in Article L. 344-2 of the Social Action and Families Code, as well as for equivalent structures, when they employ a minimum proportion, set by regulation, of disabled workers who, due to the nature or severity of their disabilities, cannot carry out a professional activity under normal conditions.
