The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Activities Ensuring The Correct Determination, Expressed In Money, Of The Amount Of Compensation For Damage Caused By The Operation Of Vehicles Of The Ministry Of Defense With Regard To The Exemption From Liability Insurance According To The Provisions Of § 7 Para. 1 Letter C) Point 2 Of Act No. 30/2024 Coll., On Liability Insurance From The Operation Of A Vehicle, As Amended, I.E. Ascertaining (Verifying) And Documenting The Claims Of Persons Injured By The Operation Of Exempt Vehicles Against The Ministry Of Defence, If The Damage Was Caused On The Territory Of The Czech Republic, Including Managing The Related Agenda.
