The Hus Corporation (Hereinafter Hus) Is Requesting Offers For A Blood Glucose Test Strip And Meter Intended For Professional Use In Specialized Medical Care, As Well As Accessories Related To Its Use. With The Help Of The Competition, The Goal Is To Get A Selection Of Blood Glucose Meters And Strips Suitable For Professional Use Requiring Specialized Medical Care. In Procurement, The Emphasis Is Also Placed On Product Delivery Reliability And Optimal Availability. The Procurement Unit Selects One (1) Supplier As A Contract Partner Based On The Total Comparison Points. In The Tender, A Substitute Supplier Is Also Selected, With Whom The Actual Procurement Contract Can Be Negotiated, If The Supplier Who Won The Tender Does Not Meet The Conditions Of The Request For Tender At The Start Of The Contract Period, Or If The Supplier Does Not Meet These Conditions During The Contract Period And The Contract Has To Be Terminated For The Aforementioned Reason. The Actual Contract Period Is 24 Months (2 Years) And It Is Possible To Extend It With Two One (1) Year Options (1+1). It Is A Joint Procurement Of Several Procurement Units, Which Is Carried Out As A Procurement Ring. The Products Requested In This Request For Tender Will Be Used By: Hus Corporation (Hus), The City Of Helsinki, The Welfare Regions Of Eastern Uusimaa, Central Uusimaa, Vantaa-Kerava And Western Uusimaa, As Well As The Finnish Defense Forces And Also The Welfare Regions Of South Karelia, Kymenlaakso And Päijät-Häme. The Anticipated Total Value Of The Procurement (Vat 0%) Is Stated In The Request For Tenders Under Other Information Total Amount Or Scope. It Is An Estimate, And The Procurement Unit Does Not Commit To The Announced Euro Amounts And The Realized Consumption Amounts Announced In The Request For Tenders. Final Order Quantities May Be Higher Or Lower Than Stated. The Object Of The Procurement And The Related Requirements Are Described In Detail In The Request For Tenders And Its Appendices. Additional Purchasing Opportunities The Object Of The Procurement May Also Include, To A Small Extent, Other Products Belonging To The Product Group That Is The Subject Of The Contract, Which Are Not Specifically Mentioned In The Request For Tender And Which The Bidder Has Specified In An Appendix To His Offer (Appendix 12 Additional Tender Form), And Which Are Ordered In Small Quantities Compared To The Rest Of The Selection That Is The Subject Of Procurement.
