Mineral Water – Purchase Of Mineral Water To Be Given To Donors. Procurement Of 600,000 Units Of Fully Decarbonated Or Non-Carbonated Natural Mineral Water In 0.5-Liter Plastic Bottles. Either Of The Fully Decarbonated Or Carbon-Free Natural Mineral Water Products In 0.5-Liter Plastic Bottles Can Be Offered, The Bidder Is Entitled To Choose Which Product, But It Is Not Possible For This Product Line To Be Partially Decarbonated. Offering A Slightly Carbonated Natural Mineral Water Product. If The Latter Products Are Offered, The Offer Is Considered Invalid. Purchase Of 260,000 Pieces Of Natural Mineral Water Enriched With Carbon Dioxide Or Natural Mineral Water Containing Natural Carbonic Acid Or Natural Mineral Water Enriched With Carbon Dioxide From The Source In 0.5 Liter Plastic Bottles. Natural Mineral Water Enriched With Dioxide Or Natural Mineral Water Containing Natural Carbonic Acid Or Natural Mineral Water Any Of The Products Enriched With Carbon Dioxide From The Source Can Be Offered, The Tenderer Has The Right To Choose Which Product To Offer. The Product Offered By The Bidder Must Meet All The Requirements Of This Chapter! • The Unit Packaging Of The Offered Products Must Be 0.5 Liters. • The Unit Packaging Of The Offered Products Can Only Be Plastic Bottles (Considering That The Plastic Bottle Is Much Lighter In Weight, So It Can Be Stored, Transported And Moved More Easily). • The Offered Products Must Have A Resealable Cap. • The Packaging Of The Offered Product Must Be Suitable For Protecting The Integrity Of The Goods During Transport And The Permitted Storage Time. • The Offered Products Must Have A Shelf Life Of At Least 6 Months From The Date Of Delivery. • The Natural Mineral Waters Offered By The Tenderer Must Comply With Regulation 65/2004. (Iv.27.) Fvm-Eszcsm-Gkm, The Clv Of 1997. In Law, Xlvi Of 2008 In Law, 36/2014. (Xii.17) Fm Regulation And The Regulations Contained In Regulation 1169/2011/Eu Of The European Parliament And The Council. The Tenderer Wishes To Ensure The Continuous And Smooth Supply Of Blood Donors With A 24-Month Contract Of Sale To Be Concluded As A Result Of This Procedure, As It Wishes To Announce As The Winner A Reliable, Experienced, Continuous And Contractually Capable Tenderer(S) In This Procedure, Which Company(Ies) ) Are Capable Of Delivering The Offered Products/Services During The Duration Of The Contract. To Ensure This, The Contracting Authority Wishes To Enforce Strict Legal Consequences (Penalty, Cancellation, Compensation, Etc.) In The Contract In The Event Of Breach Of Contract By The Tenderer. We Ask That Only Bidders Who Are Able To Perform As Per The Contract And Who Can Provide The Offered Product In The Long Term Should Submit An Offer.
