Harbor Construction Works – Limena Sudas Passenger Station - Intermediate Phase. The Object Of The Project Is The Construction Of A New Passenger Station At The Port Of Souda. The Building Is Included In The Location Of The Passenger Station, As The First Phase Of The Project, On The North Side Of The Predetermined Outline As It Appears In The Updated Souda Port Master Plan, Leaving The Rest Of The Space For Its Future Completion. The Building Is Organized In Three Areas Composing A Single Functional System, In Universal Development With Internal Organization And Services That Refer To Corresponding Airport Provisions (Terminal) And Specifically By: A. The Base (Reception Areas, Validation Areas - Check In, Office Areas, Tourist Offices, Customs, Tourist Police, Sanitary Areas, Auxiliary Areas As Well As Access And Movement Areas), Which Is A Clear Field Of Separation Of The Ground Floor Functions Of A Terminal. It Is Organized In An Internal Movement Path And Around The Overlying Internal Atrium, Having A Direct Perception Of The Space. B. The Shell (Waiting Areas At Floor Level, With The Possibility Of Bilateral Separation Of Domestic - Cruise Passengers, As Well As The Possibility Of Including Metal Control Areas And Corresponding Sanitary Areas), Which Is A Hollow Development Of A Single Linear Building Structure, As A Single Internal Space, Facing The Port. It Includes An Internal Mezzanine, With The Use Of A Refreshment Room And With Direct Access From The Ground Floor Level, Without Disturbing The Operation Of The Waiting Area. C. The Belvedere, As An Open-Air Roof Of Expansion Of The Floor, For Departing Passengers Only, Open To The View And To The Bay, Controlled Flow And Access, As An Opportunity To Exploit The Visual Field Of The Port. The Building Consists Of A Basement, Ground Floor, First Floor And Mezzanine. The Complete Construction Of All The Required Works (Static, Architectural And Electromechanical) And Its Delivery Ready For Operation Is Envisaged.
