Software-Related Services – Supply For The Creation, Development, Implementation And Maintenance Of A Computer Application For The Control Of Waste Collected In The Council Of Mieres Within The Recovery, Transformation And Resilience Plan (Prtr) Of The “Next Generation Eu” Funds ” Line 1, Component 12, Inversion 3 (C 12.I3). The Purpose Of The Contract Is The Creation, Development, Implementation And Maintenance Of A Computer Application For The Control Of Waste Collected In The Council Of Mieres, Which Allows The Implementation Of An Identification And Weighing System For Biowaste Collected In The Municipality, As Well As How To Develop The Technical Requirements Related To Information Technologies, Aimed At Guaranteeing Efficient And Sustainable Management Of The Waste Collection Services, Subject To Tender. This Action Is Part Of The Project “Separate Collection Of Biowaste In The Council Of Mieres”, Dated June 2022, Financed In Part By The Plan To Support The Implementation Of Waste Regulations Within The Framework Of The Recovery And Transformation Plan And Resilience (Prtr). The Successful Bidder, Therefore, Must Implement Said Computer Platform For The Comprehensive Management And Control Of The Waste Collection Service, As Well As The Monitoring Of Incidents Detected By The Mieres City Council, Thus Allowing Control Over The Management, Planning And Allocation Of The Resources Assigned To The Service, Audit The Routes And Tasks Carried Out, Thus Being Able To Obtain Real Differences Between What Was Planned And What Was Actually Executed. This Tender Contemplates That The Bidder Provides All The Technological Platform (Hereinafter Platform) Necessary To Fulfill The Functionalities Detailed Below. Once The Contract Is Completed, Said Platform And Its Databases (Bbdd) Will Remain The Property Of This City Council For Subsequent Use In Successive Contracts Or For Its Own Means Of Exploitation.
