The Appearance Of The Meat Is Dry, And The Meat Juice Released In The Cut Is Transparent. The Smell Of Meat Is Natural, Without Impurities And An Extraneous, Stupid Shade. The Meat Is Well Bled, The Consistency Of The Fat Is Thick And Not Sticky. The Crust On The Meat Is Thin, Pale Pink Or Reddish In Color. Not Frozen. The Ratio Of Flesh To Bone Is 70 To 30. The Supply Of Food Products Must Be Made Upon The Customers Preliminary Request In The Required Quantity. For Payments For Delivered Goods, The Supplier Must Provide The Following Documents: 1) Documents Of Acceptance And Delivery Of Goods In Two Copies; 2) An Invoice With A Description, Indication Of The Quantity, Unit Price And Total Amount Of Delivered Goods; 3) Invoice; 4) The Supplier Of Food Products, When Signing The Contract Must Provide The Following Documents: - Sanitary And Epidemiological Conclusion On The Activity Of The Food Storage Warehouse; - In Case Of Lease Of Warehouse Premises, Provide A Lease Agreement; - Sanitary Passport For The Storage Facility Of The Food Trade Facility; - Sanitary Book With A Permit For The Driver Of A Motor Vehicle For The Transportation Of Food Products; For Each Delivery Of Meat, The Supplier Is Obliged To Provide A Certificate Of Veterinary Examination. All Of The Above Documents Must Be Current On The Date Of Receipt Of The Goods, Replaced In A Timely Manner When The Document Expires, Fresh-Frozen Headless Pollock Fish, Natural Color, No Bruises, No Slime, Clean Surface, No Rot. The Supply Of Food Products Must Be Made According To The Customers Preliminary Request In The Required Quantity.
