With The Aim Of Facilitating The Legal Obligations Of Brussels Public Authorities Eligible For The Services Of The Renoclick Central, Sibelga Wishes To Launch A Service Contract Aimed At Making Design Offices Specialized In “Epb Certifications Of Public Buildings” Available To Beneficiaries Of The Renoclick Central. These Offices Will Be Responsible For Determining The Peb Surfaces Of Buildings (Or Verifying That Previously Measured), And For Allocating To Them The Consumption Invoiced By Official Meters And/Or Measured By Passage Meters Or By Any Other Means. Or System Aimed At Distributing Consumption. These Data Will Be Encoded By Them In The Public Building Certification Software Set Up By Bruxelles Environnement In Order To Establish The Finalized Peb Public Building Certificate In Compliance With The Regulations In Force At The Time The Certificate Is Issued. Public Authorities Will Be Able To Call On The Services Of These Offices Both To Establish New Certificates (On Buildings Not Yet Certified Or Following Significant Modifications To Buildings, Therefore Inducing Changes In The Edition Of The New Certificate), As Well As To Carry Out Annual Updates Of These (Previous Certificate Established By Any Other Certifier Or By The Contractor).
