Transport services to various locations within Nigeria (inland) and outside Nigeria (overland). 2. Fumigation and pest control services. 3. Warehouse management services (labour provision, handling food and non-food items, third-party warehouse management, etc.). 4. Ancillary Services (reconditioning, repacking, milling, rental of equipment, disposal of commodities by sale/destruction/recycling). 5. Proof of legal registration of the business/company with relevant authorities, in the Nigerian context, proof of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission-CAC: Certificate of Incorporation, Particulars of Directors and Shareholders, Memorandum and Article of Association reflecting the relevant nature of business for which interest is being expressed. 2. Cover letter/company profile including contact details and a brief overview of the area(s) of interest. 3. Audited financial statements for the last three (3) years: 2021, 2022, and 2023: duly stamped, sealed, and endorsed by a licensed Auditor. 4. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate (TCC): 2021, 2022 and 2023 5. Three (3) reference letters from organizations/entities with whom you have executed/have ongoing relevant contracts within the last 5 years.
