The Object Of The Contract: Supervision Services Through Site Managers For The Implementation Of The Investment Objective Giurgiu Bypass Variant, In Compliance With The Beneficiarys Requirements From The Works Contract Award Documentation, By: - ​​Fulfilling The Role Of Supervisor Of The Works Through Site Managers In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Contractual Conditions - The Generated And Specific Conditions And The Contractual Agreement For Works Execution Contracts Approved By Hg No. 1/2018; -Specialist Advice To The Contracting Authority In The Process Of Adopting Decisions Related To The Management Of The Works Contract, As Well As Regarding Any Claims / Contractual Disputes, Respectively Problems That May Arise During The Execution Of The Works, In Order To Prevent Financial Claims And/Or Delays; - Ensuring The Appropriate Quality Of The Construction Works - Assembly, Optimizing Investment Expenses; - Ensuring The Supervision Services Of The Technical Execution By Authorized Personnel, Corresponding To The Specialties; - Ensuring Osh Coordination; - Compliance With All Provisions Of The Legislation In Force. - The Nominated Site Managers Must Be Authorized By The State Construction Inspectorate. Activities Preparatory To The Execution Of The Works The Supervisor Will Use This Period For The Examination, Verification, Analysis And Reasoned Approval/Rejection Of The Contractors Documents Drawn Up According To The Provisions Of The Works Contract. The Main Tasks That Will Be Carried Out By The Supervisor Are As Follows: 1. Verify The Existence Of The Construction Authorization, As Well As The Fulfillment Of The Legal Conditions Regarding The Inclusion In The Validity Period; 2. Verifies The Agreement Between The Provisions Of The Building Permit, The Urban Planning Certificate, The Notices, The Agreements And The Project; 3. Studies The Project, The Specifications, The Technologies And The Procedures Provided For The Realization Of The Constructions; 4. Verifies The Existence Of All The Written And Drawn Parts Of The Project, Including The Existence Of The Studies Requested By The Urban Planning Certificate Or By Approvals And The Concordance Between Their Provisions; 5. Verifies The Existence Of Technical Expertise In The Case Of Intervention Works On Constructions; 6. Verifies Compliance With The Regulations Regarding The Verification Of Projects By Certified Project Verifiers And Their Appropriation By The Certified Technical Expert, Where Appropriate; 7. Check Whether The Constructions Importance Category Is Specified In The Project; 8. Verifies The Existence Of The Determining Phase Programs In The Project And Submits Them Together With The Specialized Designers To The Ijc For Approval; 9. Verifies The Existence Of The Project Or Of The Procedures For Special Monitoring Of The Behavior In Operation Of The Constructions, If This Will Be Instituted; 10. Take Over The Location And Leveling Marks And Hand Them Over To The Contractor
