Brodowicza 13B, Marked With The Following Codes According To The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate Of January 2, 2020 On The Waste Catalog (Journal Of Laws 2020 Item 10): A) 020180 (Animals Dead And Slaughtered Out Of Necessity And Waste Animal Tissue Indicating Hazardous Properties), B) 020181 (Dead Animals And Waste Animal Tissue Constituting Specific And High-Risk Material Other Than Those Mentioned In 020180), C) 180205 (Chemicals, Including Chemical Reagents , Containing Hazardous Substances), D) 180202 (Other Waste That Contains Living Microorganisms Pathogens Or Their Toxins And Other Forms Capable Of Transferring Genetic Material Known Or Reliably Believed To Cause Diseases In Humans And Animals), In A Maximum Quantity: 22,000 Kg.2. Of 2023.1587 Consolidated Text) - Act Of August 19, 2011 On The Transport Of Dangerous Goods (Journal Of Laws 2024.643); - Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate Of January 2, 2020 On The Waste Catalog (Journal Of Laws 2020, Item 10) - Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of October 7, 2016 On Detailed Requirements For Waste Transport (Journal Of Laws 2016, Item 1742);- Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of November 26, 2021 On The Disposal And Storage Of Medical Waste And Veterinary Waste (Journal Of Laws 2021, Item 2245). - Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate Of December 24, 2019 On The Conditions For Recognizing Waste As Having Infectious Properties And The Method Determining These Properties.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Waste Collection Service No Less Than Three Times A Week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) During The Ordering Partys Working Hours, I.E. 6:00 A.M. - 1:00 P.M., And, If Necessary, At The Ordering Partys Request After Prior Arrangement Of The Service Date By Telephone. If The Collection Days Are Public Holidays, Waste Will Be Collected On The First Business Day. 4. The Contractor Will Accept Waste From The Ordering Party, Confirming Its Receipt On A Commercial Document, Waste Transfer Card, On The Day Of Collection, During The Ordering Partys Working Hours, I.E. From Monday To Friday From 6:00 A.M. To 1:00 P.M. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Leave The Place From Which He Collects Waste Clean And In Good Order.5. Before Being Collected From The Ordering Party, The Waste Will Be Weighed On A Scale Located At The Ordering Partys Office In The Presence Of The Contractors Employee.6.
