The Subject Of The Delivery And Implementation Of Nis Is Specified In More Detail In The Draft Contract On The Modernization Of Nis (Works Contract), Which Is Annex No. 3 Of The Tender Documentation, And The Nis Technical Specifications, Which Is Attachment No. 7 Tender Documentation (Hereinafter Referred To As Technical Specification). The Subject Of Performance In The Form Of Technical Support And Development Services Is Specified In More Detail In The Draft Service Agreement, Which Is Attachment No. 4 Procurement Documentation. The Service Contract Will Be Concluded For A Period Of 5 Years From The Start Of Routine Operation According To The Nis Modernization Contract. An Nis Modernization Agreement And A Service Agreement Will Be Concluded With One Selected Supplier.
