The Subject Of The Competition Is The Elaboration Of An Authors Artistic Proposal For The Realization Of A Work Of Art/Sculpture/Sculpture/Design (Hereinafter Referred To As Work Of Art Or Design), Including The Plinth And Lining Of The Plinth, Or The Basis For The Work Of Art. The Artwork Should Express Communication And Connection, Czech-Slovak Partnership, Mutual Cooperation, A Reminder Of Common History And Friendship. The Artwork Will Be Realized As Part Of The Project Revitalization Of Cultural Monuments In Wallachia And Kysuce Reg. No.: 403402Dnu8. Requirements For Solving The Subject Of The Competition A) Topic: Communication, Connection, Reciprocity And Friendship, Reminder Of Common History, Connection B) The Size Of The Artwork Is Not Precisely Specified, It Is Only Limited By The Financial Balance Of The Author - Artist. The Client Does Not Limit The Work Of Art To Only One Static Solution, But Gives The Possibility Of Realization In The Form Of A Functional Sculpture, A Game Element Or A Composition Consisting Of Several Separate Parts That Together Create A Unified Concept. The Author, To Whom The Implementation Will Be Assigned, Will Provide Complete Project Documentation, Which Must Address All Requirements In Terms Of Applicable Standards And Regulations, Including Any Permits. C) The Artwork Will Be Placed In The Newly Revitalized Terraces Of The Castle Park. As Part Of The Construction Work Revitalization And Making The Terrace Of The Castle Park More Accessible, It Is Planned To Build A Concrete Foundation In The Middle Of The Crossing Of Pedestrian Routes. The Concrete Foundation Will Be Built By The Client. The Construction Contractor Is Obliged To Cooperate With The Author Of The Proposal In The Contract For The Work. Construction Works Are Expected To Be Completed By 11/19/2025. The Author Can Use This Concrete Base For His Artwork, But Its Use Is Not Binding For The Authors. The Area Of ​​The Surrounding Park Was Chosen For The Location Of The Work Of Art, It Is Entirely Up To The Author To Decide How He Will Use The Space Of The Park To Place The Work Of Art. D) As Part Of The Design Of The Artwork, The Author Must Design Not Only The Work Itself, But Also Its Pedestal And The Covering Of The Pedestal. The Plinth And Covering Should Be In Harmony With The Work And At The Same Time Take Into Account Its Material, Dimensional And Aesthetic Requirements And Should Be Designed With Regard To The Protection And Long-Term Stability Of The Work. If Necessary, The Author Should Also Include In The Design Of The Artwork A Design Of The Foundation For The Work To Ensure Adequate Load-Bearing Capacity And Secure Placement Of The Work In The Given Environment. E) The Work Of Art Must Be Created From Durable Materials To Withstand Time, Weather And Vandals In The Long Term, And Will Be Structurally Designed To Withstand Various Risks Of Mechanical Damage. F) The Artwork Must Be Proportionate In Shape And Proportion To The Surrounding Objects And The Landscape Composition, So That It Creates A Suitable Impression In The Given Space.
