Hhm Involves Its Member Companies In Funding Applications And Acts As A Consortium Leader In Projects, For Example Within The Interreg B North Sea And Baltic Sea Program As Well As In The Interreg C Europe Program. Accordingly, The Future Contractor Is Expected To Provide Expert Service For The Project And Financial Management Of The Interreg B Baltic Sea Program Project “H2deri@Bsp”. Specifically, The Following Services Should Be Provided: 1. Project Coordination, Including: 1.1 Ongoing Coordination With The Client (Weekly Jour-Fix, Physical Or Digital Online Meetings After Mutual Agreement) 1.2 Creation Of A Detailed Work Plan, Including Gantt Chart For All Project Partners At The Start Of The Project As Well As Progress Control And, If Necessary, Adjustment Of The Work Plan. 1.3 Implementation Planning For The Project And Constant Project Progress Monitoring In Close Coordination With The Wp Leaders 1.4 Project Secretariat For The Client (Lead Partner), In Particular With The Following Tasks (Subsections A) - D): 1.4-A) Interface Between The Lead Partner, The Partners And The Funding Provider (Interreg B Baltic Sea Region Program Joint Secretariat) 1.4-B) Processing The “Clarifications” Of The Funding Provider In The Contract Conclusion, Implementation And Project Completion Phase 1.4-C) Coordination, Preparation And Provision Of Further Information To The Funding Provider Upon Request (E.G.
