The Hus Group Establishes A Dynamic Procurement System (Hereinafter Dps) For Acquiring Various Machines And Equipment For Facility Maintenance In The Hospital Environment. The Hus Group Is Asking For Applications To Participate In The Dynamic Procurement System (Dps) For Plant Maintenance Machines And Equipment. Applications For Participation In The Dynamic Procurement System Can Be Submitted Throughout Its Duration. All Candidates Who Meet The Suitability Requirements Are Included In The Dynamic Procurement System. The Actual Procurements Are Made Through Internal Tenders Of The Dynamic Procurement System, Where The Object Of The Procurement Is Described And Specified. The Dynamic Procurement System Consists Of Nine Equipment Units, All Of Which Are Tendered Separately As Internal Tenders During The Validity Of The Dynamic Procurement System. Equipment Sets Of The Dynamic Procurement System: 1. Medium-Sized Combination Machines 2. Small Combination Machines 3. Small Combination Machines That Can Be Controlled While Sitting 4. Other Combination Machines 5. Floor Care Machines 6. Vacuum Cleaners, Steam Cleaners, Stair Machines And Pressure Washers 7. Combination Machine Robots 8. Vacuum Cleaner Robots 9. Other Facility Maintenance Machines And Equipment Bids Can Be Submitted To One Or More Internal Tenders. . The Dynamic Procurement System For Plant Maintenance Machines And Equipment Is Valid Until 31 December 2030, Unless It Is Shortened Or Extended With A Separate Announcement. Hus Estimates At The Time Of Publication Of The Request For Participation That 9-30 Tenders Will Be Published Within The Dynamic Procurement System During The Years 2025-2030. The Amount Is A Preliminary Estimate, Which Can Change Significantly When The Need For Procurement Becomes More Precise During The Validity Of The Dynamic Procurement System. At The Time Of Publication Of The Request For Participation, Hus Estimates The Total Value Of The Entire Duration Of The Dynamic Procurement System To Be A Maximum Of 3,000,000 Euros, Taking Into Account All Possible Procurements Made In The System. The Estimate Is Preliminary And Is Based On The Currently Known Procurement Need. Hus Does Not Commit To Any Procurement Quantities Or Quantity Purchase Obligations With This Announcement. Participation Applications Can Be Submitted To The Dynamic Procurement System Throughout Its Duration. It Is Valid Until The Date Stated In The Procurement Notice, Unless It Is Suspended Or Changed While The Dynamic Procurement System Is In Effect. The Actual Procurements Are Made Through Internal Tenders Of The Dynamic Procurement System, In Which The Object Of The Procurement Is Described And Specified. A Separate Contract Is Concluded For Each Internal Competition. The Contract Period Is Defined In An Internal Competition. You Can Apply To Be A Bidder In The Dynamic Procurement System If You Meet The Suitability Requirements, Which Are Stated On The Espd Form And In The Section Criteria For The Object Of Procurement. All Candidates Who Meet The Suitability Requirements Are Included In The Dynamic Procurement System.
