By implementing strategies, these SMEs are not only working to reduce their environmental impact but also creating economic opportunities and fostering a more sustainable business ecosystem Scope of Work The consultant is expected to perform the following for 1 company: Legal Review of the Company and its Project: The consultant will review the legal nature of the company and the proposed project and make sure that it complies with local and international law. This is applicable by analyzing the project (structure and objective), identifying legal permits and license, and provide legal risk assessment report. Development of Partnership and Collaboration Agreements: The consultant will develop comprehensive partnership and collaboration agreements that outline the terms between other stakeholders in Lebanon (if applicable). The agreements should cover (but not be limited to): the roles and responsibilities of each parent, financial obligations, resource allocation, termination conditions Develop Legal Templates and Give Legal Opinion The consultant will develop legal templates for the company to be used in future references such as agreement templates, partnership/collaboration agreement templates, etc The consultant will also give the legal opinion on how the company should move forward (from a legal perspective) in regards to their project Risk Mitigation Strategy for Regulatory Changes The consultant will set a risk mitigation strategy for any upcoming changes in the local or international regulations.
