Motion Picture Projection Services – The Purpose Of The Public Service Delegation Is The Operation And Management, From April 1, 2025, Of The Le Ciné Cinema Complex Composed Of 6 Rooms Located In Pont-Audemer. The Delegatee Will Provide The Following Services: - The Operation Of A Cinema Establishment With A Mixed, General And Cultural Vocation. - The Programming Which Must Be Sufficiently Varied To Interest All Audiences And Particularly Young Audiences. - The Implementation Of Public Support Actions And Activities Linked To The Programming. - As Ancillary Activities, The Sale Of Confectionery, Snacks, Posters And Related Products, The Organization Of Cultural Events And The Rental Of Rooms. Operation Will Be Carried Out At The Risk Of The Delegatee, Whose Remuneration Will Be Ensured By The Products From The Operation Of The Service And Ancillary Activities. The Delegatee Will Pay The Delegator A Fee Defined At The End Of The Negotiations, According To The Terms Described In The Consultation Document. The Estimated Value Of The Delegation Contract Amounts To Five Million Euro Excluding Vat (5 Meuros Excluding Vat) On The Basis Of An Annual Turnover Of Between 950,000 Euros And 1,000.00 Euros (Excluding Taxes And Excluding Tsa).
