This Notice Concerns The Submission Of Applications. The Purpose Of The Single-Awarder Framework Agreement Project Is To Maintain Operational Condition (Mco) And Deal With Obsolescence Of Automated Storage Facilities In Service Within The Naval Logistics Service (Slm). The Mco Is Envisaged For A Current Fleet Of 20 Installations Including 1 In Brest (With A Maximum Of 25 Installations) And Includes: - Industrial Project Management Services; - Mco Management Services; - Preventive Maintenance Services (Parts And Labor); - Corrective Maintenance Services (Parts And Labor); - “Hot Line” Services; - Start-Of-Market Work Services. Obsolescence Treatment Is Envisaged For A Fleet Estimated At 14 Installations (With A Maximum Of 16 Installations). The Maximum Amount Of The Share Of Purchase Orders And Orders For Contingencies Is €1,083,333.33 Excluding Tax, Or €1,300,000 Including Tax. Conditions Relating To The Contract: Deposit And Guarantees Required (If Applicable) In Accordance With Articles L. 2391-7 And R. 2391-21 To R. 2391-24 Of The Public Procurement Code, The Framework Agreement May Provide For A Withholding Warranty. Essential Financing And Payment Terms And/Or References To The Texts Which Regulate Them. Payments Are Made By Transfer With A Maximum Payment Deadline Of 30 Days In Accordance With The Provisions Of Articles L. 2392-10 And R. 2392-10 Of The Public Procurement Code. Financing Is Provided Exclusively By State Budgetary Resources. The Currency Of Account Is The Euro. Legal Form To Be Taken By The Group Of Economic Operators Awarded The Contract (If Applicable) Candidates Must Indicate In Their Application File Whether They Are Presenting Themselves As An Individual Candidate Or As A Group Of Economic Operators. In Application Of Article R. 2342-12 Of The Public Procurement Code, The Same Economic Operator Cannot Be Agent Of More Than One Group For The Same Public Contract. In Addition, The Contracting Authority Prohibits Candidates From Submitting An Offer While Acting Both: - As Individual Candidates And Members Of One Or More Groups; - As Members Of Several Groups. Options Are Not Allowed. In The Case Of A Joint Group, The Agent Of The Group Is Responsible For Each Of The Members Of The Group For His Contractual Obligations.
