Mass Spectrometer – Mass Spectrometer With High Resolution. The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is The Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of A High-Resolution Mass Spectrometer Together With Services Related To The Subject Of Delivery According To The Specification Set Out In The Draft Purchase Agreement (Annex No. 3 Of The Procurement Documentation). Annex No. 1 Of The Draft Purchase Contract Contains The Technical Conditions Of The Subject Of Performance In The Form Of Determination Of Absolute (Minimum) Technical Requirements. If A Participant In The Tendering Procedure Does Not Meet Any Of The Absolute (Minimum) Technical Requirements, He Will Be Excluded From The Tendering Procedure. Fulfillment Of These Parameters Will Also Be Required By The Client As Part Of The Installation And Acceptance Of The Subject Of Performance.
