The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Comprehensive Physical Security Service In The Field Of One-Person Protection Of Residents, The Facility, The Area, Property And Monitoring The Alarm System Of The Facilities Of The Weterana Walki I Pracy Social Welfare Home, Ul. Wyścigowa 16, 26 – 600 Radom In 2025 Intended For 190 Residents, Hereinafter Referred To As The Recipient.2. The Facility Of The Weterana Walki I Pracy Social Welfare Home At Wyścigowa 16 In Radom Consists Of Four Residential Pavilions (One Five-Story, Three Four-Story), A Kitchen With A Dining Room, A Chapel, A Laundry Room And Garages. The Residential Buildings Are Connected By A Connector, At Which The Main Entrance And Reception Are Located. The Main Entrance To The Building, Located At 16 Wyścigowa Street, Is Open To The Public From 6:00 A.M. To 10:00 P.M. For Visitors. There Are Stairs And A Wheelchair Ramp Leading To The Main Entrance. All Residential Pavilions Have Basements. The Area Of ​​The House Is Fenced, Landscaped And Lit With Fluorescent Lamps.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Service Of Direct Physical Protection Of Residents, The Facility, The Area, Property And Monitoring Of The Alarm System By Security Staff In The Facility Of The Weterana Walki I Pracy Social Welfare Home At Ul. Wyścigowa 16 In Radom. This Protection Will In Particular Consist In Taking Actions Aimed At Purpose: A) Ensuring The Safety Of The Houses Inhabitants; B) Preventing Crimes And Offenses Against Property, As Well As Preventing Damage Resulting From These Events; C) Responding To Alarms Fire;D) Operating The Fire Alarm Control Panel In The Field Of Handling The Fire Alarm With Alarm Recognition;E) Preventing Unauthorized Persons From Entering The Premises Of The House;F) Making Rounds Of The Facility At Least 4 Times During A 12-Hour Shift;G) Recording The Number Of Rounds Including Passage Times. 24-Hour Monitoring Via The Facilitys Local Alarm System: This Monitoring Is To Consist In Particular In: A) Receiving And Recording Signals From The Local Alarm System;B) Readiness To Intervene And, In Alarm Situations, Ensuring Intervention;C) Ongoing Viewing Of Video Monitoring In Order To Protect The Facility Inside And Outside;D) Receiving And Registering Signals Triggered By The Local Burglary And Attack Detection System;E) Receiving Signals Alarms 24 Hours A Day, Also On Holidays And Non-Working Days; F) In Emergency Situations, Notifying By Telephone Or In Person The Persons And Services Indicated In The Information Card By The Recipient; G) Control Of Switching On And Off Monitoring At The Request Of The Recipient; H) Technical Service Of The Monitoring System. The Security Service Will Be Provided 7 Days A Week From 6:00 P.M. To 6:00 A.M., Starting From January 1, 2025, From 0:00 Until December 31, 2025 Until 23:59:59, I.E. A Total Of 4,380 Hours.
