Telecommunications Services – Landline Telephony Of The Statutory City Of Kladno And Its Organizations 2025 - 2028. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Conclusion Of One (1) Framework Agreement For A Period Of Forty-Eight (48) Months, To Ensure The Continuous Provision Of Fixed Voice And Data Telecommunications Services In Accordance With And With The Purpose Of These Tender Conditions And In Accordance With Applicable Legal Regulations, At The Place Of End Network Points, I.E. In Branches Of Telephone Exchanges And In Separate Telephone Lines That Are Used By The Principal, Or Individual Authorizing Contracting Authorities, The List Of Which Is Given In Appendix No. 1 Rd. Part Of The Performance Is The Provision Of All Activities Related To The Provision Of The Required Services. The Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded According To § 134 Of The Act, I.E. Procedure Without Renewing The Competition Between The Participants Of The Framework Agreement. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of Performance Of The Public Contract And Its Specification Is Defined In The Tender Documentation And Its Sub-Appendices, In Particular In Appendix No. 2 Rd – Technical Specification Of Services, Appendix No. 3 Rd - Price List And Appendix No. 4 Rd – Service Endpoints.
