Reinforcement steel recovered which is in good condition as observed by E.I.C. is to be returned to our Central stores. 2 Providing and laying in position cement concreteofspecifiedgradeexcluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level.1:2:4(1Cement:2coarsesand:4 graded stoneaggregate 20mm nominal size) 3 52 mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardener topping, under layer 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and top layer 12 mm thick cement hardener consisting of mix 1:2 (1 cement hardener mix : 2 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size) by volume, hardening compound mixed @ 2 litre per 50 kg of cement or as per manufacturer"s specifications. This includes cost of cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 4 Acid proof brick linning work; supply and installation of 230x114mmx38mm thick or available size suggested by engineer- in-charge. Acid resistance class I brick on floor/skirting laid over as per IS:4860 and including bitumen priming layer of 12mm thick mastic layer and 6mm thick resin type-chemical resistance mortarincluding racking out and flush pointing of joints with resin type chemical resistance mortar, preparation of background surface,finishing etc. including consumable labour, equipments and machinaries etc.. all materials shall be supplied by contractor.
