The Assignment Concerns The Selection And Contracting Of Two Parties For The Delivery, Care And Coordination Of Relocations, Including All Necessary Transport, Logistics And Packaging Resources, Both Internally (Within The Buildings) And Externally (Between The Buildings, Leiden University Locations). And Remote Locations). The Locations Of Leiden University Are Shown In Appendix A Campus Map. Leiden University Reserves The Right At All Times To Organize Small Relocations Internally. The Requested Moving Services Relate, Among Other Things, To: • Office Workplaces (Furniture, Bookcases, Communication And Computer Equipment); • Laboratories/Research Areas (Including Freezers, Laboratory Equipment, Etc.); • Library Locations (Including Books, Archives, Paintings, Maps, Furniture); • Archive Rooms; • Collections; • Art And Antiques; • Teaching Rooms/Lecture Rooms (Furniture); • Computer Rooms (Pcs And Furniture); • Warehouse/Storage Areas; • Technical Workshops; • Public Spaces (Restaurant, Sports Center); • Conditioned Storage; • Deployment Of A Handyman For Small Jobs.
