Procurement Of Special Plastic Parts For 81.2K Bogies And Carriages, Within The Framework Of A General Sales Contract (Goods Procurement) Total Quantity (Planned): 4,140 Pcs/24 Months The Applicant States That It Stipulates A Minimum Order Quantity For Each Product, As Stated In The Price Table. Details Are Included In The Price Table And Technical Drawings. The Quantities Specified In The Price Table Have Been Determined For 12 Months Based On Previous Usage Experience, So-Called Empirical Quantities. The Experimental Quantities Were Given To Determine The Total Offer Price Without Value Added Tax For The Purpose Of A Sound Assessment Of The Offers, The Quantities Procured Under The Contract May Differ From These Experimental Data. The Bidder Must Submit His Bid In The Knowledge Of The Above. Only The Unit Prices Are Indicated In The Annex To The Contract To Be Concluded. The Tenderer Undertakes To Issue An Order With A Total Value Of 70% Of The Total Sum Fixed In The Framework Contract. The Tenderer Draws Attention To The 321/2015. (X. 30.) Govt. To The Provisions Of Section 46 (3) Of The Decree. In Its Offer, The Offeror Must State, Duly Signed, That: • He Undertakes The Performance In The Schedule Requested By The Bidder And In The Quantity According To The Orders; • Provides The Products In The Specified Quality And, In Case Of Winning, Delivers The Items Offered In The Offer For The Entire Duration Of The Contract; • Has The Tools And Equipment Necessary For The Production Of The Parts; • The Agreed Delivery Deadline, Which Cannot Exceed 60 Calendar Days; • Ensures The Delivery Of The Parts To The Contracting Authority And, In Case Of Warranty, The Return Delivery Of The Defective Part And The Repaired Or New Part, For Which No Separate Remuneration Is Charged; • Acknowledges That - The Contracting Authority Sends The Orders Exclusively By E-Mail, For Which Purpose It Ensures That The Orders Are Received At A Single E-Mail Address In The Event Of A Win, - The Date Of Communication Of The Order To The Winning Bidder By The Contracting Authority Is The Day The Order Is Sent To This E-Mail Address , And The Winning Tenderer Must Ensure That The Order Is Received At The Email Address Specified By It On The Day It Is Sent Out By The Contracting Authority; • He/She Has Familiarized Himself/Herself With The Information Contained In The Information On Personal Data Management On The Contracting Authoritys Website (Https://Www.Bkv.Hu/Hu/Content/Adatvedelmi_Tajekoztatas_Besz) And With His/Her Employees Acting During The Conclusion And Performance Of The Contract, As Well As Other Persons Acting In Connection With It In The Scope Of His/Her Interests And Activities Also Introduced To Persons; • Whether It Is Considered A Data Processor In Relation To The Services Provided To The Contracting Authority.
