Optical Microscopes – Fluorescence Module. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is A Fluorescence Module Of A Holographic Microscope, Which Will Be Used For Fluorescence Imaging Of Samples Prepared For Holographic Microscopy With A Variation Of Min. Five Wavelengths Of Led Lighting. The Samples Will Be Imaged Using Holographic Quantitative Phase Imaging And At The Same Time Individual Fine Structures Will Be Imaged Using Fluorescence Imaging. The Samples Will Be Stained With The Necessary Selected Fluorescent Proteins, Belonging To The Given Wavelength Of Illumination In The Module. The Module Will Be Supplemented With A Sensitive Detection Camera. Furthermore, The Module Will Have Sets Of Filters For E.G. Gfp And For Our Service Key Dapi. Min. 3 Sets Of Filters Will Be Placed On A Computer Controlled Rotary Disk. This Module Will Complement The Already Existing Holographic Microscopy System And Expand Its Function Of Quantitative Characterization Of Living Cells In Tissue Culture. The Required Module Must Be Hardware And Software Compatible With The Existing Q-Phase Holographic Microscope From Telight. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Defined In Detail By The Technical, Commercial And Other Contractual Conditions, Which Are Part Of The Tender Documentation Annexes.
