A sum of Rs. 5,000/= for the first application and Rs. 2,500/= for each additional application separately per each item under each category should be credited to Account No. 176-1001-3-9026228 maintained at the City Centre Branch of the Peoples Bank in favour of Director General, Department of Technical Education and Training and the copies of receipts thus obtained should be attached with each application and original receipt should be submitted separately.
