In The Framework Of The Financial Support Instrument For Customs Control Equipment (Ccei), The Nav Submitted A Successful Application Under The Title Development Of The Customs Control Capacity Of The National Tax And Customs Administration (Ccei-2021-Bcross). Within The Framework Of The Project, 2 Mobile X-Ray Screening Systems For Cars And Trucks Will Be Procured. The Planned Purchase Also Includes The Provision Of A Warranty, As Well As The Maintenance And Repairs Necessary For Proper Operation Within A Period Of 60 Months From The Successful Handover. The Detailed Task Definition And Technical Requirements Are Contained In The Technical Description. With The Exception Of Cases Justified By The Subject Of The Contract Or Defined By Law, The Technical Description May Not Refer To A Thing Of Specific Manufacture Or Origin, Or To A Specific Procedure That Characterizes The Products Of A Given Economic Operator Or The Services Provided By It, Or To A Trademark, Patent, Activity, Person, Type Or Specific Origin Or Production Process, If It Would Lead To Favoring Or Displacing Certain Economic Operators Or Products. Such A Reference May Only Be Allowed In Exceptional Cases, If It Is Not Possible For The Subject Of The Contract To Comply With 321/2015 (X.30) Govt. A Sufficiently Precise And Comprehensible Description According To § 46, Paragraph (2) Of The Decree. Such Designation Shall Be Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent.
