The Tendered Contract Includes Total Consultancy In Connection With The Construction Of A New Treatment Building For Regionshospital Nordjylland, Hjørring. Establishment Of A New Treatment Building For Regionshospital Nordjylland In Hjørring (Rhn) Is Planned As A Replacement For The Functions Located In The Current Out-Of-Date Treatment Building (Building 18). The New Building Must Contain The Same Functions As The Existing Treatment Building (Building 18), Including I.A. Surgery, Sterile Centre, Endoscopy, Anaesthesia, Diagnostic Imaging, Changing Rooms, Offices Etc., But Must Also Contain, Among Other Things, Medical Technology, Recovery And Day Surgery, Which Are Currently Located In Other Buildings At The Hospital. In Addition, Guard Rooms And Relocation Of The Canteen Facilities Will Be Added. It Is Planned That The New Treatment Building Will Be Built As An Extension Of The Kvindebarnhusets Two Wings, Which Connect To The Glass Connecting Corridor. The Building Is Expected To Have A Total Gross Area Of 14,490 M², Of Which 12,790 M² Is New Construction And 1,700 M² Of Connecting Area That Has Been Built, But Not Adapted, In Connection With The Womens Childrens Home. The Existing Treatment Building Will Be Kept In Operation During The Construction Period, After Which It Must Be Demolished To Make Way For Subsequent Projects. The Project Is Expected To Be Tendered As The Main Contract As An Eu Tender With Negotiation. The Total Consultants Services Appear In The Project-Specific Service Description And Cover A Wide Spectrum Of Consultancy Services In Connection With The Construction Of A New Treatment Building For Regionshospital Nordjylland, Hjørring. However, The Tasks On The Contract Will Primarily Relate To The Following Services: • Construction Program • Design Management • User Involvement • Disposition And Project Proposal • Authority Project • Tender Project For Main Contractor • Construction Management • Professional Supervision • Project Follow-Up • Defect Rectification Management • 1-Year Review • Ict Management • Sustainability Management • Working Environment Coordination • Risk Management • Financial Management The Client Has The Option To Purchase Additional Consulting Services In Connection Demolition Of The Existing Treatment Building After Construction Of The New Treatment Building. The Total Construction Budget Framework In Budget Agreement 2025 For The Establishment Of A New Treatment Building Including Staff Canteen And Guard Rooms Amounts To Dkk 565,000,000 Excl. Vat The Construction Budget Framework Contains All Expenses In Connection With The Realization Of The Project (Artisan Expenses, Construction Site Measures, Expenses For The Client And General Consultant Including Outlays, Connection Fees, Road Access, Parking, Connection To Existing Buildings, Outdoor Areas, Fixed And Loose Fixtures, Builders Supplies, Unforeseen Expenses And Other Costs Etc.). The Construction Budget Framework Does Not Include The Demolition Of Existing Building 18 And Associated Renovations.
