Architectural, Engineering And Planning Services – Project Management Contract For The Construction Of A Gendarmerie Barracks Comprising 17 Individual Housing Units And Service Premises Including Vrd, Located In Clary, Route De Bertry (Following Termination). The Mission Entrusted To The Project Manager Constitutes The Basic Mission For The Construction Of A Gendarmerie Barracks Comprising 17 Individual Housing Units And Service Premises Including Vrd, With The Exception Of The Mission Elements Carried Out By The Project Manager Whose Contract Was Terminated. This Is Made Up Of The Following Mission Elements: - Modified Building Permit - Readaptation Of Project Studies - Assistance Provided To The Project Owner For The Award Of Works Contracts - Examination And Approval Of Execution Studies - Management Of Contract Execution Of Works - The Assistance Provided To The Project Owner During Acceptance Operations - The File Of The Works Executed - The Assistance Provided To The Project Owner During The Period Of Guarantee Of Perfect Completion This Basic Mission Is Supplemented By The Missions Following: - Site Scheduling, Management And Coordination (Opc) - Fire Safety Systems Coordination Mission (Ssi) Candidates Must Present A Multidisciplinary Team Made Up Of Specialists Capable Of Mastering All Of The Disciplines Necessary For Carrying Out The Work. The Mission And Bringing Together At Least Skills In The Following Areas: - Architecture - Scheduling, Management And Coordination (Opc) - Vrd The Duration Of 27 Months Indicated In This Notice Includes The Duration Of The Studies, The Duration Of Award Of Works, Duration Of Execution Of Works And Year Of Perfect Completion. The Planned Start Of The Work Is Planned For The 4Th Quarter Of 2025. The Estimated Budget For Carrying Out The Work Is 3,293,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax. The Services Will Begin Upon Receipt Of The Order Letter Ordering The Start Of The First Element Of The Mission And Will End After The End Of The Year Of Perfect Completion.
