1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase, Delivery, Unloading And Assembly Of Furniture: Wooden, I.E. Chairs, School Desks, School Tables, Office Desks, Drawing Desks, Design Tables, To Places Indicated By The Ordering Party And In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz . 2. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Delivered To Schools Located In Tarnowskie Góry, I.E.: Technical Secondary School No. 4 In The Technical And General Education School Complex, Technical Secondary School No. 12 In The Technical And Service School Complex, Technical Secondary School No. 7 In The Art And Design School Complex, Technical Secondary School No. 2 At The Construction And Architectural School Complex And To The Technical Secondary School No 13 In Radzionków.3. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Quality Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Consistent With Applicable Regulations And Technical Standards, And The Contractor Undertakes To Provide Furniture Equipment That Has The Necessary Documents Authorizing Its Use In The School And Meeting These Conditions. The Subject Of The Order Should Have Appropriate Approvals And Certificates Listed In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Subject Of The Order Is The Property Of The Contractor, Is Not Encumbered With Rights To Third Parties And Is Brand New, Obtained Through A Legal Distribution Channel On The Polish Market . 4. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: Wooden Furniture (Part 1 Of The Order). 5. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order And The Description Of The Ordering Partys Requirements In Terms Of Implementation And Acceptance Are Specified In: 1) Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 4 To The Swz2) Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 3 To The Swz.6. The Required Warranty Period For The Completed Subject Of The Contract Is At Least 24 Months From The Date Of Signing The Fault-Free Acceptance Protocols By Both Parties, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract.
