Wishes To Acquire, Introduce And Operate A Closed Distance Education Training Management System, A Video Content Manager And A Related Course Material Editing System (Hereinafter Referred To As The System) For Higher Education Institutions That Comply With The Provisions Of The Act And Can Be Operated In A Cloud-Based Environment. The Winning Bidder Must Provide And Operate The System As A Cloud-Based Service, Within The Framework Of Which It Must Provide Second-Level Technical Customer Service Support For The System. The Winning Bidder Is Required To Supply The Following Non-Exclusive Licenses For The Following Types Of Use, Duration And Number Of Users For The System Consisting Of The Cloud-Based Closed-System Distance Education Training Management System, Video Content Manager And Related Curriculum Editing System: • To Be Provided For The Use Of Curriculum Editing And Teacher Functions User Licenses: 25,000 For The Curriculum Editing And Teacher Functions Of The System, At Least The Licenses Providing A User License Valid For 9 Years After Its Handover, Which Licenses Must Ensure The Use Of The Curriculum Editing And Teacher Functions Of The System For At Least 9 Years After Their Handover For 25,000 Active Registered Users, With The Possibility Of Simultaneous Use Of The System By At Least 2,000 Concurrent Users. • User Licenses To Be Provided For The Use Of The Closed-System Distance Education Training Management System And Video Content Management Functions: Provision Of 380,000 User Licenses For The Closed-System Distance Education Training Management System And Video Content Management Functions Of The System, Valid For At Least 9 Years After The Transfer Of The Licenses, Which Licenses Are Transferred For 380,000 Active Registered Users For At Least 9 Years After The Use Of Training Management System And Video Content Management Functions, With The Possibility Of Simultaneous Use By At Least 40,000 Concurrent Users. Additional Tasks Of The Winning Bidder: • Customization And Implementation Of The System To Be Operated In A Cloud-Based Environment Serving The Number Of Users Corresponding To The Licenses To Be Delivered, Integration According To The Lti International Standard With The Neptun Study Systems Of Higher Education Institutions, Training In Its Use, And The Closed Electronic System Necessary To Learn Its Proper Use Digit That Can Be Used In Distance Education
