Tender For Provision Of Turnpad Centerline Light At Imphal International Airport.; 1 Supply of FAA certified/ compliant model, Inset type Unidirectional Turnpad Centreline Light Fixture for ICAO aviation visual aids requirements complete with LED Module/LED Modules showing green, colours should be emitted from the LEDs, with upto 15 W with integral driver, fail-open technology and electronics suitable for 2.8 to 6.6 Amps current, following interference filter / prism with 8" shallow base with bottom hole entry and matching body of the fitting, inner body and outer cover made of die cast / forged upper and lower cover made of aluminium complete with connected heat resistant accessories, prism assembly, optical assembly, "O" ring seal, pressure relief test plug, lense(s),two-pole secondary plug, hardware and all standard accessories and ready for site installation as required and as per the enclosed Technical Specifications and suitable for operation control and monitoring on existing ALCMS (Airfield Lighting Control and Monitoring System). 2 Supply of following sizes 5 KV grade dry type Plug and Receptacle of type I, class "B" primary connector kit with field attachment and suitable for 5 KV grade single core copper conductor, copper braided, XLPE insulated PE outer sheathed shielded cable, complete as required confirming to the Technical Specification. 3 6 Sq.mm 4 16 Sq.mm 5 Supply of following rating 5000 V, 50 Hz Series Isolating Transformers encapsulated in black cross linked polychloroprene compound like TPE /TPR / TPV with primary and secondary connections suitable to be operated via ALCMS System confirming to Technical Specification as required suitable for above mentioned fittings for following applications and compatible to use on ALCMS. 6 15 Watt, 6.6A / 6.6A 7 15 Watt, 20A / 6.6A 8 Fabrication & supply of MS Transformer Housing Box of size 750 mm x 350 mm x 450 mm (H) made out 6 mm thick MS sheet and top cover 10 mm thick MS sheet and all inserts should be suitable for M-10 size, bolts shall be of SS with suitable no. of holes for entry of primary and secondary cables including painting of box inside & outside with one coat of primer & two coats of black enamel paint etc. as required as per Technical Specification. 9 Supply of 25 mm dia. M.S. pipe (medium class) with M.S. fittings. 10 Supply of 2C x 4 sq.mm., 600V Grade Flexible Copper Conductor, EPR insulated & CPE (Chlorinated Polyethylen, cross - linked, heavy duty) outer sheath (Black colour) Secondary Cable for Airport lighting circuits conforming as specified in Technical Specification. 11 Moulding of Secondary Cable of size 2C x 4 sq.mm of 1.1 kV grade at site with required 2 pin plug & receptacle connectors complete as required. 12 Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Inset Fitting with core cutting, aligning and setting i/c providing sealing material and installation of Isolating Transformer, Crimping / Jointing of Plug receptacles & other accessories required for commissioning i/c supply of all materials except fixture, plug & receptacles & isolating transformer etc. as required as per Technical Specification. 13 Laying and fixing of 25 mm dia M.S pipe (medium class) with M.S. fittings by kerf cutting with machine in taxiway/runway of PQC/bituminous surface of depth 150 mm and width 30 mm, connecting to GI / HDPE pipe / transformer housing boxand making good the surface with bitumin / Cement Concrete to original finish, cleaning, disposing FODs, complete as per Technical Specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 14 Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/DWC/HDPE/ METAL pipe as required. 15 Upto 35 sq.mm 16 Installation of MS Transformer Housing Box of size 750 mm x 350 mm x 450 mm (H) in pavement / concrete area using cement concrete 1:2:4, 100 mm all around the boxand pedestal of 0.30m & 0.10m thick all around the box making suitable slope andmaking suitable slope to level of runway all around the housing box and painting, lettering, numbering etc. complete as required as per Technical Specification. 17 Making field connections by crimping 6 / 16 Sq.mm plug and receptable with the exisitng 16/6 Sq.mm single core PVC insulated copper conductor cable including filling the gap with water sealent material, applying PVC insulation tape of Bell/Permacel etc., complete as required.
