The Journey Is Offered In The Same Package So That The Bus Company Can Utilize Any Synergy Effects From Joint Operation, E.G. Charging Infrastructure For The Buses And Flexible Use Of The Buses Across The Routes. This Includes Approx. 7820 Timetable Hours Per Year Using 7 Contract Buses And A Minimum Of 1 Reserve Bus. - Side-By-Side Offer Midttrafiks 72Nd Tender Is A Tender With Side-By-Side Offers, Whereby The Bus Companies Can Submit Offers For Running Electric Buses Or Co2-Neutral Buses (Gas Or Hvo-Biodiesel). Concretely, This Means That The Tenderer Can Submit An Offer For: 1) Driving Low-Wood Or Low-Floor Electric Buses In A 10-Year Contract Period Or 2) Low-Wood Or Low-Floor Buses That Are Co2-Neutral (Gas Or Hvo-Biodiesel) In An 8- Annual Contract Period. - Contract Period - Electric Buses The Contract Covered By The Tender Is A Limited-Time Contract Of 10 Years With A Parallel Offer For Electric Buses - Here With The Possibility Of Extension For Up To 2 X 2 Years Under The Following Conditions: 1) Midttrafik Can Extend The Contract By Up To 2 Years. Extensions Can Be Made By 1 Year At A Time At Midttrafiks Choice. 2) After This, The Parties Can, By Mutual Agreement, Extend The Contract By Up To A Further 2 Years. Extensions Can Be Made By Mutual Agreement Of The Parties For 1 Year At A Time. Side-By-Side Offer 1 - Electric Buses Contain A Contract Period From 28 June 2026 To 28 June 2036 - Contract Period - Co2-Neutral Buses The Contract Included In The Tender Is A Time-Limited Contract Of 8 Years With A Side-By-Side Offer On Co2-Neutral Buses - Here With The Possibility Of Extension For Up To 2 X 1 Year Under The Following Conditions: 1) Midttrafik Can Extend The Contract By 1 Year. 2) After This, The Parties Can, By Mutual Agreement, Extend The Contract By A Further 1 Year. Side Order Offer 2 - Co2-Neutral Buses Includes A Contract Period From 28 June 2026 To 24 June 2034.
