Event Services - Organization And Holding Of Events (Conferences, Trainings, Seminars And Others), And Accompanying Activities, On The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria For The Needs Of The Ministry Of Regional Development And Public Works Under The Program Development Of The Regions 2021-2027. The Services Subject To This Public Procurement Will Be Provided For The Provision Of Events And Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Regional Development Program 2021-2027, Including Integrated Territorial Investments And Support Under The Just Transition Fund. The Services Will Be Related To Organizing And Conducting All Types Of Events Necessary In The Work Process Of The Management Of The Prr, Including Public Discussions, Conferences, Trainings, Seminars, Symposia, Exhibitions, Meetings, Meetings, Focus Groups, Monitoring Committees, Sub-Committees, Thematic Working Groups, Round Tables, Exchange Of Good Practices, Information Days, Outdoor Events, Webinars, Thematic Workshops, Etc. Which Will Be Held Throughout The Country, Including Organizing And Holding Online Events And Meetings In A Digital Environment Through Virtual Systems And Applications For Connection And Communication. The Potential Contractor Should Have The Opportunity To Organize Several Events, The Same Or Different In Type, At The Same Time, If Necessary And At The Request Of The Contracting Authority. A Detailed Description Of All Planned Activities Is Contained In The Technical Specification Attached To The Documentation. The Term For The Execution Of The Contract Is 48 (Forty-Eight) Months From The Date Of Its Conclusion Or Until The Financial Resource Of Bgn 3,600,000 Is Exhausted. Without Vat, Which Circumstance Occurred Earlier, But Not Later Than 15.12.2029.
