Cleaning Services – Cleaning And Maintenance Of The Ceip Sant Jaume Apostol De Alfarb. The Cleaning Services Covered By This Contract Include The Ordinary Cleaning And Disinfection Of The Center And Will Follow A Specific And Scheduled Routine According To The System Established To Comply With The Frequencies. This Cleaning Coincides With The Most Intense Frequencies (Daily, Weekly, Fortnightly And Monthly) That Are Usually Carried Out By The Professional Category Of Cleaner Or Cleaner, To Clean All The Elements That Are Usually In Direct Or Closest Contact With The Activities Carried Out By The Staff Of The Generalitat Administration And The General Public. It Also Includes The Cleaning Of The Most Complex Elements That Require A Specialist, Such As Cleaning With Machinery That Requires Greater Physical Effort, Cleaning Of High-Rise Windows (Interior And Exterior), Cleaning Of High Areas And Backgrounds, Cleaning Of Roofs And Facades ( Including Graffiti And Posters), Some Pavement Treatments, Textile Cleaning (Flags, Sofas, Chairs And Upholstery In General, Curtains, Blinds, Venetian Blinds, Rugs, Carpets, Sheets, Towels, Table Linens, And Similar). The Maintenance Services Covered By This Contract Include Basic And Standardized Preventive Maintenance For All Construction Elements And Facilities Of The Center, Divided Into The Chapters Of Structural Elements, Closures And Compartmentalizations, Finishes, Installations And Urbanization. This Plan Includes Periodic Reviews And Maintenance Of Structures, Finishes, Electrical Systems, Plumbing, Air Conditioning, Ventilation And Other Key Components For The Operation And Safety Of The Center. Also Corrective Maintenance To Intervene In The Event Of Problems Or Breakdowns That May Arise, Impacting The Operation Of The Center.
