Gases – Bottled Gases 2025-2027 (2029). Subject Of Procurement The Subject Of This Framework Arrangement Is Gases (Including Industrial Gases, Special Gases And Medicinal Gases) As Well As Gas-Related Products And Services. The Object Of The Acquisition Also Includes Leases For Equipment Related To The Transport And/Or Storage Of Gases (E.G. Bottles, Jugs, Transport Containers And, In The Case Of Medicinal Gases, Also Large Containers). The Procurement Does Not Include The Following: Liquid Helium And Industrial And Especially Clean Liquefied Gases Delivered By Tank Trucks (Argon, Oxygen (Excl. Medical Oxygen), Carbon Dioxide And Nitrogen), I.E. Tank Delivery Gases. Bottled Supplies Of Propane Are Included In The Procurement, But Tank Supplies Of Propane Are Not. Tank Deliveries And Refueling Of Natural Gas (Lng, Cng) And Biogas (Lbg, Cbg) Are Not Part Of The Procurement. The Object Of Procurement Is Described In More Detail In The Request For Tenders And Its Appendices, Especially In Appendix 1 Description Of The Object Of Procurement, Bottled Gases. Contract Period The Contract Period Of The Framework Agreement Is Two (2) Years. Hansel Oy Has The Right To Extend The Validity Of The Framework Agreement By A Maximum Of Two (2) Option Periods Of A Maximum Of One (1) Year Under The Terms Of The Framework Agreement. See Also Chapter 6 Of The Framework Agreement In Appendix B Of The Request For Tenders. Procurement Contracts Can Be Valid No Longer Than In Accordance With Chapter 6 Of The Framework Agreement In Appendix B Of The Request For Tenders. Scope Of The Framework Arrangement The Estimated Value Of The Framework Arrangement Is 13,100,000 To 17,700,000 Euros (Vat 0%), Including Option Periods. The Maximum Value Of The Framework Arrangement Is Eur 17,700,000 (Vat 0%). The Customers Who Have Joined The Framework Arrangement And Are Entitled To Use It And The Estimate Of When The Customer Will Start Making Purchases Based On The Framework Arrangement Are Detailed In Appendix A Customers, Bottled Gases. The Estimated Value Of The Purchase During The Contract Period Is Distributed To The Customers In The Following Way: • 1,000,000 Euros Or More: 3 Customers • 300,000 To 999,999 Euros: 11 Customers • 50,000 To 299,999 Euros: 25 Customers • Less Than 50,000 Euros: 53 Customers The Figures Are Based On To The Information Provided By Connected Customers On The Use Of The Framework Arrangement. The Volume Estimates Of The Price Form In Attachment 2 Of The Rfp On The Tabs 1.Products And Services And 3.Delivery Fees Are Based On The Estimate At The Time Of Publication Of The Rfp, Which Is The Estimated Amount Of Use And Deliveries Of Products And Services During One Year. The Volume Estimates In The Price Form Are Hansels Non-Binding Estimates And They Are Based On Information Received From The Customers. Actual Purchase Quantities May Be Lower Or Higher. Volume Estimates Have Been Reported For The Purpose Of Calculating Reference Prices And The Total Reference Price. Uncertainty Factors Affect The Number Of Future Acquisitions And Their Temporal Distribution, Which Are E.G. Possible Closures And Establishment Of Offices, The Customers Allocations And Project Financing, And What Kind Of New Equipment Investments The Customers Decide To Make During The Contract Period.
