With This Announcement, The Hus Group Establishes A Dynamic Procurement System (Hereinafter Referred To As Dps) For Acquiring Various Care, Hygiene And General Supplies Used In Primary Health Care And Specialized Medical Care. The Products To Be Procured Are Defined In More Detail In Each Internal Competition Of The Dynamic Procurement System. We Are Asking For Participation Applications In The Healthcare Care And General Supplies 2024-2029 Dynamic Procurement System (Hereinafter Also Dps). Various Products Are Purchased From The System, Mainly For The Use Of Specialized Medical Care And Basic Healthcare. With This Dynamic Procurement System, Hus Aims To Acquire Such Care, Hygiene And General Supplies Whose Valid Contract Period Is Coming To An End Or Which Are Not Taken Into Account In The Currently Valid Procurement Contracts Or Whose Procurement Need Has Arisen Unexpectedly Due To Changed Needs Or Care Practices. In Addition To The Hus Group (Hus), Products That Can Be Tendered Through The Dynamic Procurement System Can Be Purchased For The Owner Members Of The Hus Group (The City Of Helsinki, The Welfare Region Of Eastern Uusimaa, The Welfare Region Of Central Uusimaa, The Welfare Region Of Vantaa And Kerava And The Welfare Region Of Western Uusimaa), As Well As For The Welfare Regions Of The Yta Region (Kymenlaakso Welfare Area, South Karelia Welfare Area And Päijät-Häme Welfare Area) And For The Defense Forces. The Entities Participating In The Procurement Are Defined Separately In Each Internal Competition Of The Dynamic Procurement System. The Dynamic Procurement System For Healthcare Care And General Supplies 2024-2029 Is Valid Until 31 December 2029, Unless It Is Shortened Or Extended With A Separate Announcement. Hus Estimates At The Time Of Publication Of The Request For Participation That 10-40 Tenders Will Be Published Within The Dynamic Procurement System During The Years 2024-2029. The Amount Is A Preliminary Estimate, Which Can Change Significantly When The Need For Competition And Product Grouping Becomes Clear Later. The Value Of The Acquisition Is Estimated To Be Approximately Eur 5,000,000.00 (Vat 0%) In The Estimated Five (5) Year Contract Period. However, The Realized Value Of The Procurement Depends On The Number And Scope Of The Orders And The Length Of The Contract Periods Of The Internal Tenders. The Value Of The Acquisition May Be Significantly Lower Than The Maximum Value Mentioned Above, And The Maximum Value Does Not Create Any Quantity Purchase Obligations For Hus. Participation Applications Can Be Submitted To The Dynamic Procurement System Throughout Its Duration. It Is Valid Until The Date Stated In The Procurement Notice, Unless It Is Suspended Or Changed While The Dynamic Procurement System Is In Effect. The Actual Procurements Are Made Through Internal Tenders Of The Dynamic Procurement System, In Which The Object Of The Procurement Is Described And Specified. A Separate Contract Is Concluded For Each Internal Competition. The Contract Period Is Defined Separately In The Internal Competition On A Case-By-Case Basis. The Procurement Contract Concluded On The Basis Of Internal Tendering May Continue For A Fixed Period Or Be Repeated
