Traffic Control Services – Design, Implementation And Start-Up Of An Intelligent And Sustainable Mobility Control System In The Anaga Massif Biosphere Reserve (Hereinafter Rbma). The Main Objectives To Be Achieved Through This Contract Are: A) The Digitalization Of Mobility In The Rbma, Improving The Quality Of Mobility And Transportation With The Construction Of A Precise Origin And Destination Matrix That Allows Decision Making Based On Real Mobility Data, Which Contributes Significantly To The Reduction Of Emissions And The Fight Against Climate Change. B) The Change In The Modal Distribution Of Mobility, Decreasing The Percentage Of Trips By Motorized Vehicle With The Improvement Of Air Quality And Noise In The Area By Reducing Traffic. C) Include Advanced Data Analysis Functionalities In The Management Platform To Identify Mobility Patterns, Optimize Traffic Flows And Design Continuous Improvement Measures Based On Real Evidence And Predictive Analysis. As Indirect Objectives, Establish The Bases To Create A System For Controlling And Regulating Access To The Rbma, Integrating In The Future The Competent Road Safety Authorities On Each Road Or The Different Municipalities Involved And Dissuasive Measures That Are Established In A Timely Manner. For Traffic Control In The Area. Upon Completion Of The Works, All The Equipment Supplied By The Successful Bidder Of This Contract As A Result Of Its Execution, Will Become The Property Of The Cabildo Insular De Tenerife, Free Of Charges And Encumbrances. Contract Financed Under The Recovery, Transformation And Resilience Plan, Financed By The European Union – Next Generation Eu.
