Supply Of Portable Barometers, Divided Into Two Separate Items: Separate Item No. 1 - Delivery Of A Portable Pressure Chamber (Container Type), According To Ts M 96.4580.24 Separate Item No. 2 - Delivery Of A Portable, Non-Magnetic, Two-Compartment Container-Type Pressure Chamber, According To Ts M 96.4224.22 A Contract Will Be Concluded With The Participant(S) Selected As Contractor(S) In The Public Procurement, In Accordance With The Terms And Conditions Of Article 114 Of The Public Procurement Act. The Execution Of The Contract(S) Will Begin After Written Notification By The Employer To The Selected Contractor(S) That Financing Has Been Secured For The Delivery And The Contractor(S) Have Provided A Performance Guarantee. In The Event That No Funding Has Been Secured After The Expiration Of A Three-Month Period From The Conclusion Of The Contract, Either Party May Request Its Termination Without Notice. When, After The Expiration Of 10 Months From The Conclusion Of The Contract, Financing Is Not Provided, The Contract Is Considered Terminated.
