The Subject Of The Order Includes: - Maintaining Cleanliness In The Premises Of The District Court Building In Cieszyn Located At Ul. Garncarska 8, Over A Period Of 12 Months, And In Particular Comprehensive Cleaning Of Courtrooms, Office Rooms, Judges Chambers, Corridors, Staircases, Sanitary Facilities, Archives In The Building Of The District Court In Cieszyn At Ul. Garncarska 8, And Current, Year-Round Cleaning And Snow Removal During The Winter Of External Areas Belonging To The Ordering Party, - Supply Of Cleaning Products Necessary To Maintain Cleanliness Inside The Facility And In Adjacent Areas Within A Period Of 12 Months (The Ordering Party Additionally Provides An Indicative List For A Better Illustration Of The Subject Of The Order At Present Resources Used And Their Quantity Planned For The Currently Implemented Service In 2024) Activities Specified In The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed From 15:30 Every Day From Monday To Friday, Except Days Off And On Days Designated By The President And Director Of The Court In Place Of Additional Days Off. The Contractor Is Obliged To Is To Provide:• Professional Cleaning Equipment, Cleaning Of Carpets, Upholstery, Maintenance And Cleaning Of Corridors, Bathrooms And Office Spaces, Including Daily Disinfection Of Rooms And Maintenance Of Outdoor Areas.• Professional Cleaning And Disinfection Agents With Appropriate Certificates Needed For The Implementation Of The Current Contract, Ensuring A Fresh And Pleasant Scent Required For Each Surface.1) The Contractor Performing The Service Is Obliged To Ensure That One Cleaning Person Is On Duty In The Building Of The District Court In Cieszyn, Ul. Garncarska 8, Monday To Friday From 7.00 A.M. To 3.00 P.M.
